Start with a shared outcome, then turn a busy project into a manageable series of decisions.

Start with a shared outcome, then turn a busy project into a manageable series of decisions.

Agree on the destination

Write a short project brief that explains the problem, who it affects and what success would look like. Keep the brief visible so later decisions can be checked against the same goal.

Give the next step an owner

Split the work into small outcomes and give each one a responsible person. Review blockers together instead of treating a long task list as a substitute for a conversation.
